'03 mopar lip kit on a '01??

Found a mopar lip kit for the '03+ but am wondering if it'll fit my '01 without any major mods..

Thinking I might just go with the '03 style bumper and lights. Need new bumpers anyways. Thinking that miight just b the easier solution.
