I dont think mine has the plug seals either :? but still, even getting plug seals isnt bad compared to paying $125+ for a valve cover. will they send us the plug seals if we call and say we didnt get them?

I just called them and they told me that nothing extra is supposed to come with them and if anything does its like a bonus. They ship them out with what they get from Mopar when they order the covers. They said they can order them and they would be around $4-$4.50ish. They told me the dealer gets them for around 3.25 ish and have thousands of them. I got three prices from 3 dealers. $5.99 $7.44 $9.50ish

Call around to a couple of dealers if there are more then one in your area. I called three different dealers and got three different prices.

Here's my red installed.

Yeah, I wasn't going to install it till I had gotten some MSD wires but once I got the new valve cover I figured since I was going to have the coil off anyway I might as well put it on.

4777042AB - $5.95 msrp each for the tube seals
Anything over that is what they call Matrix Pricing...basically most DCx parts have a matrix price if its under $20. So the dealers telling you that the price is over $5.95each there making more money off of you

i just got my red one, came with pcv valve but no oil cap or spark plug tube seals. my neon is an 03 so i can imagine my seals are still soft, what is the best way to get them out without damaging them so i can reuse them on the new cover?
Looking for an '04+ base model front bumper in silver. PM if you have one you want to sell.

here u go... at advance autoparts they sell a valve cover gasket set its like 25$ but it comes with the spark plug seals and all sorts of other gasket parts... u could always buy that instead of going to the dealer.

The breather valve/inlet (whatever its called) On the back of your valve cover scneonchic. What exactly is that little filter thingy? I used stock everything on mine, and that breather hose kept falling off on my new valve cover.. When on mys tock one it stayed on nice and tight. So i went to Orielly's and got a hose clamp and clamped it down. Anyone else have problems with this part on their new valve cover? Do I need to get a diffirent size boot, or something?
Thanks

Its just a universal filter from advanced that I picked up...when I got my first intake (EBay :? and no, no one start an ebay war w/ me..im not completely knocking their intakes, just wasnt for me  ) it didnt have a place for that breather hose thing to hook to...and it was just dangling there doing nothing, got annoying, so I took it off and picked up this small filter. I saw it done somehwere. Does the same thing the breather hose did (except doesnt hook to the intake box/tubing anymore and looks alot better IMO.

When I got my AEM intake, there is a place on the side for Im assuming, the breather hose to go...but I threw the breather hose out when I replaced it w/ the filter because I didnt forsee the ebay intake not working out for me and needing it. So I put a small one on the intake as well, I figured at the very least, it could sort of substitute as a bypass valve, since I dont have one on the car.

I haven't washed my engine bay since I got my car..... :P I will sometime this week. I am sick of it too. :)

Joelger has the same thing on the back of his valve cover too...

Also, I didn't need new plug seals, my stock ones were fine.

I installed my red one. I had to reuse my plug seals, gasket, oil cap, and all related hardware, PCV valve etc. The coil pack thread complaints need to be addressed with the vendor.
The unit does not leak, is beautiful, and has a high quality powder-coat. MORE PARTS! I NEED MORE PARTS. I'm an addict. 8)
