I would have pulled over the instant I felt anything like that and called AAA, who also would have gotten stuck with me on the side of the road probably

Luckily, they said it was mostly in the right lane, not at all where I drive.

Honestly though, how pissed off at PennDOT would you guys have been if this happened to the line of Neons

It happened at night, at least in daylight, you could see there was an issue.
