what's up from Washington

I'm a 31 yr old student at the local community college, trying to build up my 2000 sohc mtx. it's my DD and i plan on focusing more on go and handling then show. my plans include energy suspension, solid motor and tranny mounts, an under-drive pulley, magnum intake and internals, cam (400?), i want all motor and around 170- 190 hp that doesn't rape my wallet when it comes time to put fuel in. any and all suggestions will be listened to and considered. unfortunately, i got more wants then available funds, so my project will be long term. good news i got plenty of time to research what i think i want

I would like to know what part of Wa also. I am a transplant of WA State. I used to live in the Seattle to Olympia/Centralia area for most of my life. Born and raised in the area.
