No Sound From Rear Speakers

At first, the rear driver 6x9 would work, it would only kick on after you turned it up loud enough and it would just start playing out that speaker.

I believe something else is also wrong as the door speakers are really blown and if you turn them up past 1/3 the volume the radio clicks and like resets itself for a second. Is this because all the power is going to the front speakers when the rear ones are not working?

What would cause the rear speakers to be acting like this?

I promised I searched for half an hour and found nothing with similar symptoms
