shifter

Post by Jr1 » Sat Dec 03, 2011 2:11 pm

I have a b&m short shifter in my 98 r/t and was wondering if it will or won't work in my 2002 r/t. I snooped around for a while and found nothing about it. Thanx in advance!

Nope, bases are completely different.

It could be made to work but not easily.

Get a Maddog short throw, won't regret it. Got one in my gf's '04 and she loves it. Of course I have one in my magenta too.

I wouldn't own another B&M after breaking the first one in two places. B&M replaced it for free but I ended up selling it. I've never owned a Maddog but if I even buy another shifter it will be a Maddog.

You can buy the shifter directly from Maddog you know.

Yeah Darrell isn't making any money from it, so naturally he won't recommend it. I bet Chucks shifters have less failures than some of his work.
