mine neither. Though i can admire it from a technical point of view, i always fail to see the need to motorize and drive my stereo.

I can understand that I have always been into car audio if the wife and I end up getting a Durango I want to do 6 15" Kicker L7s with 10kws over the top... Yes but oh well

Used to be able to do that in my Mazda Mx-3 SPL one note wonder comp car.

Last event in NH the car went to I pegged 159db and spiderwebbed the already cracked windshield from a previous comp. Never hit the same #rs again after windshield got replaced so I sold it.

It was fun when it was popular but car audio has changed, now it's all about multimedia integration and loud bass cars should get the memo that that "scene" is dead.

Ugh I went on a date with a guy once who had a Ford Explorer with that EXACT sub setup. It made my ear bleed.

I like sound quality and not just BOOM.

Although I always wanted to see what my old 8x10 bass guitar amp would have sounded like as a stereo rig.
