It's a nice area. I lived about 10 minutes away in Yorba Linda when the Marine Corps sent me out to the west coast for a few months.

Better for you to go to California this time of year- you would freeze your tookus off here in the US midwest.

Can you bring me your rear bumper? Please? I'm willing to drive the few hours to pick it up. Kthxbye!

Wish that we could hang out- the only Englishman that I've ever met is Davy Jones (The Monkees).

Fantastic!

Now, make sure you have travel insurance... just in case
something happens on the medical side and you need attention.

United States is a pay-as-you-go type of medical system.

With insurance, you will pay less.

Without insurance, you will pay more... much more... they might
have you washing dishes in the basement of the White House
for years to come to pay for it if you don't have the cash!

No, Canada is the only country I've visited. Always been a dream of mine to take a "Magical Mystery Tour" of Beatles haunts though (and definitely have my picture taken crossing the Abbey Road zebra!).

Just don't try to apply logic to any laws here, and you'll be fine.

IDK. California is different from just about every state here, let alone even trying to compare it to the rest of the world. If it indeed is the same... :cussing:
