Got an alignment done this week and I have a few questions. Is the difference between left and right camber on the front close enough? I can pull the front left and slot it if I need to, just not sure if it's necessary.
Also, the car still pulls to the right a little during acceleration, coasting or braking. I'm thinking maybe the caliper is dragging, but I'm wondering if the caster being that far off from the left side could cause it.

yeah, everything is within spec... granted there's a .9 difference in caster from side to side. although that means that only means that the right wheel is leaning 9/10th's of a degree forward more than the left. that MAY be just due to a lazy tech doing your alignment instead of a real mechanic.
how bad does it pull? like if you let go of the wheel, how far can you go before you have to either grab it or go off the road?

generally your cross caster (difference left to right) will be a little off to account for the crest in the road.
also does the vehicle actually pull right or is the steering wheel cocked left? we get that all the time...either way you should take it back. if you paid for a double cheeseburger and only got one patty you'd take it to the counter for another right? why not do that with the mechanic?

in the middle of a DOHC and MTX swap and going with an ASP kit pwered by the S259 batmowheel

i know this as steering and suspension is one of my current/up to date ASE's. when the max on spec is 1.0, 0.9 is over kill for what you're talking about

The car actually pulls to the right. On a flat road doing 40mph, it takes roughtly 4-5 seconds before I have to grab the wheel or go off road. The wheel is straight, but does turn ever so slightly to the right when I let go of the wheel.
I have a 6 month 6k mile warranty on the alignment so I can take it back all I want. I'm gonna check the caliper tomorrow to see if it's sticking, then it's back to the alignment shop.

I think your issue is not enough negative camber... Lol
That front right is shoddy. The tech can get it closer
