Hey guys, I have a question my car is equipped with keyless entry but I didn't get the fob from the previous owner (she said she lost it

). Does anyone know how much it would cost to have a used fob from ebay programmed? Thanks in advance for any help.

It really all depends on the stealership you take it and their hourly rates, they will probably just cut their hourly rate in half to do it. It's sucks since dealers are the only ones that can do it, almost a monopoly.

This is what they did when I wanted them to activate the factory alarm since it wasn't activated when I had it. It takes them all of 5 minutes to do it, but Lord knows they won't do anything for free.

Expect to pay upwards of $150 for the programming.
Best bet is to contact your local dealer for exact pricing.
