My accessory belt tensioner is done with. Can I replace the pulley alone or do i have to replace the tensioner assembly.

The pulley can be replaced alone, though, if your tensioner is done, you'll need a new tensioner and subsequently the entire engine support plate.

You must also remove the motor mount plate to change the pulley. If you are close to timing belt/water pump/timing tensioner time, (105,000 miles) Now is the time to do it. You are half way there. :)

Ah ok the pulley does need to be replaced. I'll also check the timing tensioner.
Are you guys using a T-40 for the pulley bolt.
