I'd start by ditching the granny van front bumper

Lip kit (front and rear), remove side moldings, lowered (tokico struts, sportlines, prokit or one of the other reputable springs or get coilovers), silverstones (00-02 r/t rims), r/t or SRT side skirts. Roof spoiler and smart don't go together, unless you are saying "a roof spoiler is not a smart idea" IMHO. That will give you a good start, exterior wise.

Gonna pass on ditching the bumper as paint match will be a PITA , Lip Kits a definite. Can side moldings be removed easily? SilverStones have been used alot ... R/t SRT side skirts are possible . Suspension i want alot of drop and camber... Thinking megan racing with Mopar camber bolts

I really Like these wheels in 16"

side moldings are super easy to remove as they are juse double sided taped on. If its hot outside where u live u can just peal them off or u may need to get a heat gun to warm them up.

You will have some sticky residue left on the car when you remove them. Some WD-40 can easily take care of that.

You don't need camber bolts if you get the megan racing coilovers because they come with camber plates.

When you get halos, can I have dibs on your stock headlights?

I might give stock headlights away for price of shipping .... Ok so I updated OP with the discussed info.

Lets discuss Interior and Engine / Exhaust now

Ebay CAI with K&n Filter , SRT 3" exhaust with a OBX long tube header . any other ideas?

Sweetness.

Thought of running a side exit exhaust? You're going to want some type of resonator in that 3" piping somewhere to dull down the tone, especially with a side exit. Can get r/t intake manifold for a bit more flow.

Or you can just mold in Civic headlights and put a Mugen lip on it.

Hell yea. You talkin to the man here.

Modernperformance.com makes one that fits up pretty nicely over the pinch welds but it still looks a bit too big to me if you're on coilovers. I've seen many srt-4's in real life with side exits, so companies do make them, I've usually always just gone the stock method, though. The mid-pipe curves right out towards the driver's side pretty hard right before the rear axle. Right at that curve, just cut, find a tip that fits nicely under the pick welds or just crush the pinch welds and wala! It was a 7" tip away from being a side exit the whole time. Running the passenger side has never been attempted as far as I've seen, though, since the fuel lines are over there. I've had two side exits so far with one getting ripped off on the highway and the other getting ripped off in an unpaved driveway. That's the danger of the beast. They sound great right next to your window and free up the rear end to look cleaner, but watch where you drive with them. Lowered + side exhaust + speed bump = hell no.

I vote don't piss away any money into the motor of this thing. First, you know very little about the motor, so your basic bolt-ons won't net you the gains YOU want to see / feel. Second, the ATX in these cars are geared heavily toward MPGs, so it's always going to be a dog and you'll hate it.

Absolute very first thing you ought to do, IMHO, is swap to manual or SRT swap / boost the thing w/ standalone such as MS. All this money here and there will piss you off when you have intermittent problems and still slow-as-stock times / feel.

That being said, get mint wheels, a COLORMATCHED lip kit, and slam it on it's balls. Also, do a rear disc brake swap, and paint your calipers red or something "tuner." Try tinting your windows, checking how bad the paint is under your mouldings, polish up your headlights and tail lights, get some folding mirrors, etc. . . Simple shit will make the car without breaking the bank and leaving you angry because it's got zero balls.

please dont do lots of camber. when cars do lots of negative camber they look like a joke because it is only harmful to your handling, ride quality, and not to mention durability of parts...oh and try to have a fast car that only rides on an inch of tread. to me those "hella flush" (or what ever it is called) cars and their owners have downs.

I think Fac3l3ss has a point of where to start... The simple things will work out better in the end ... when I boost Ill do a full srt swap ...

I have that POS Atx and some times it works the way you think it will and other times it just sits there when you want to go. I would lean towards what Fac3l3ss is saying its the simple small stuff that makes you enjoy your car more. I want to do the SRT swap if Cali wasn't such a pain in the arsh when it comes to that stuff.
