Ok guys idk how many on you have seen the pics but a kid ran into me with a gokart about 8 months ago damaging the back drivers door to the point it cant be repaired. I finally found another door at a local yard thats already black but the clear coat is startiing for oxidize arount the window frame could I just scuff up the clear coat and spray new over it ?

I would scuff up the whole door and reclear it. After a day of it sitting then you would want to buff any dirt or runs. After that you should be good to go.
