The car hasn't even had a battery in about 6 months lol. I will be wiring in (2) 1 ohm resistors to hopefully eliminate the air bag light when i get her back up and running. The damn motor build is killing my driving time lol

You can get them from the dealer but they are cheaper from Modern Performance

if you install a 1/8th watt 2 ohm resistor, you will have no more light

I cant remember, but one of those numbers doesnt mean a whole lot. Meaning, if you cant find the exact one, you can get one a hair different.. I dont remember if it was the ohms or watts though. Maybe somebody will chime in for that part.

Edit: iirc the watts can be higher than a 1/8th watt resistor. The ohms is the part that needs to be 2 because it has to do with resistance.

yeah, concentrate more on the ohms than the watts. For example lets say a 1 watt, 2ohm, that would work

The wattage is just the power limitations of the resistor. I think you need a 1/8th watt or higher raited resistor that is 2ohms.

if you had a 200Watt circuit with a 1/8watt 2ohm resistor you still would get 2ohms but you would eventually melt the resistor and bad things would happen.

You just need two 1 ohm resistors, and connect them end to end. Don't even worry about the wattage. There isn't going to be enough current there to ever worry about. The module is only looking for that specific 2 ohms of resistance in the circuit.

I would try a different RS, they are relatively plentiful here in OH.
