Hey there
My name is Joe and I'm 21 from Baltimore Maryland

I've been interested in neons for as long as I can remember
well probably since my dad got his 1st gen around 96
When I saw a 2nd gen for the first time I knew I had to have one as my first car

So when I hit 18 I had the luxury of having my parents buy me an 03 sxt (automatic bleh)

I've been taking care of my baby for a while now here's how she stands
I know 4x4 etc, I was going to lower it but then decided not to waste the money as I intend to give my neon to my sister when she gets her provisional in a couple months and i'll hopefully buy my srt4

I'm currently saving up money now to finally get an srt-4 and I'm pretty stoked. I've been stalking craigslist/autotrader for a few months now, the second a white blue or black one pop up with decent miles FROM A DEALER(so I can hopefully finance it) I'm gonna be all over it

p.s. if anyone has any other ideas of where dealers might post up srt4s let me know!

Welcome, I'm kind of new here too. I live in Glen Burnie. I found this SRT-4 on Ebay. It's for sale from a dealer in NJ.

It doesn't look bad for 4x4 stance. At least it sits fairly level. A lot of them have the rear much higher than the front.

welcome. you seem like a true overall fan of Neons. You should try to keep your current car as a daily driver if at all possible and I agree with what Gramps said. Try to find an SRT with the least amount of mods and past drivers. Good luck!

Love the car you have! Especially the color. I don't like many blues, but that's a very nice color.

Welcome. Why not try getting a loan directly from a bank? You will probably get a better interest rate anyway.

well I've considered it i'm just trying to find a nice local srt4 with decent miles
