SRT4 bumper holes need scoops?

I just picked up a srt4 fascia. Do the two holes in the top of the bumper need some type of scoop or insert or are they just holes?

Those are to cool the radiator. There is also some plastic shrouds that go in there as well.

^^True provides unrestricted air to rad instead of going through the intercooler. Yes there are inserts that go in there, modern performance sells new ones for around $80. IDK what size intercooler your running but if its a large one the may hit the intercooler, mine do.
