Post by Adam G » Wed Feb 22, 2012 1:02 pm

yes I checked its not blown....if I use the channel from my drivers side it plays and if i use the channel from the pass side to power the drivers speaker then nothing.....so its def the channel

tried 3 different headunits....two aftermarket and one stock and same issue

anywhere in the wiring that is a commen problem or maybe even a ground.....it worked before when I installed the speakers.....even used the factory plugs to the female ends that clip onto the speaker

Hmmm, the only connector they go through between the HU and the speakers is C305, It is the big one below the dash, left of the pedals.

DB/WT (+) DB/OR (-) from HU to speaker. The only ground would be internally from the HU.

Other than pulling the HU, and ohming out the wires to see if there is a broken wire, IDK. The connector may be corroded underneath, but I doubt it, it is pretty well out of harms way. Anything is possible I guess.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.
Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.
