00 instrument cluster - ABS Light?

I saw a 00 Dodge Neon ES instrument cluster with tach. The picture shows an ABS light on the face of the cluster.

Will this work plug & play in my 2004 Neon SE? (without any mods).

Right I did search. But seeing that ABS light on the donor 00 Neon cluster threw me off.

My 04 neon SE has no ABS.

Btw where was a post somewhere here, that showed what pins on the cluster to energize with a 9V batt to get the odometer reading to show up (momentarily)

Anyone know that?

Don´t know if a 9V will work, but why not give the cluster 12 ?
