the following is a project that i am going to start to make a complete custom design with the fuel rail covers.
basically instead of painting it and leaving the stock letters im going to try to put new letters on it to look like the following. and the colors are just three choices that im considering now.
stock silver.
Orangeblast
and pearl blue
if anyone has ideas on how to make the new letter that can with stand heat let me know because ill be starting on this soon.

Take a chunk of aluminum to a cnc shop, have them waterjet/cnc the logo/letter/what have you out of the aluminum. Grind off the letters on the original fuel rail, epoxy the new ones into where the old were. Paint em, ta-da!

Nahh, it'd be easier/cheaper just to find a shop to cut it out for you out of aluminum. Probably 20$ total for them to machine it, 5$ for the epoxy/resin, then some time with a dremel.

There should be several around there. Look for machine shops that work exclusively on metal, they tend to have cnc/water jet machines. Anywhere that does alot of fabrication should be able to do it pretty quickly. once you find someone, it'd only take around 5 minutes to cut it out once they program it into the machine. Aluminum or steel, either one would work. For some reason, a brass or copper piece would look good to me..i don't know why..lol

Ahh, well go with aluminum then. Just buy a piece of sheet alumiunum for body work, etc etc. you know the drill..lol
I'm doing a blackout on my engine bay once i get started. I have some carbonfiber cloth and resin left over from making some intake tubes awhile back, so i might make some carbon parts to go black/carbon in the engine bay. I like the way it looks.
