Do the head lights work? Radio? Or is it only the lights like the CEL (Check Engine Light)

Have you checked the battery terminals for corrosion/tightness?

Under the hood, in the fuse box, swap the horn relay for the starter relay.

If that doesn't work, have someone crank the ign to start, while touching the starter relay to see if it clicks. If it isn't clicking, the Range sensor/ neutral safety switch may be bad, or the shifter is not moving the shift lever on the trans correctly. I am assuming you have an automatic. (ATX)

The solenoid on the starter could also be bad. A tap with a hammer, if you can reach it, might get it to crank, but if that does it, a new starter is something you might consider.

Defective relay (sticking open) you'll need a new relay. i think theyre like $10 or less.

You'll probably find your horn now dosent work coz thats where the fault relay is now located
