Will a non foglamp bumper bolt on to a car that has a bumper with foglamp option on it

As long as it is the same year range... Just in case. :lol:

'00 to '02 and '03 to '05. Otherwise the headlights need swapped.

Of course the '00/02's use the same fascia, just delete plates are installed vs lamps....
