Problem with door lock

Problem with door lock

After running an errand today I noticed that the passenger rear door doesn't lock with the key fob or the door siwtch. It does do the automatic lock when the car gets to 15mph. Any suggestions as to what it could be?
Drove my neon until it was killed in a flood.

I would have to try to make sense of the wiring diagram, but it could be an RKE issue. Not sure where the VSS ties in and actuates the locks. I'm just glad mine doesn't have that feature. I hate when the doors lock on their own.

Could be in the door switch tho.
