Well I picked up another car to work on. Sold off everything 2gn but my daily beater (which i will be selling once this is running). Was trying to save money but came across this for a screaming deal. Anyways its a 98 Flame Red ACR coupe. Car has 67k miles on it. Really clean car with minor chips and flaws here and there but thats me just picking apart a 14 year old car that the last 5 years sat out side. Some nice mods came with the car. Has mopar high rate x springs, factory konis yet, energy bushing kit, maddog short throw shifter, crane adjustable cam gears, crane 18's, crane springs, crane titanium retainers, 1mm oversized valves, decked head with port and polishing, ported intake manifold, 60mm modern throttle body, afx long tube, high flow cat, 2.5 exhaust with flowmaster camaro muffler, afx under driver pulley, iceman intake, egr delete, full motor mount insert kit, 2.0 bottom end has at least 10.5.1 compression and was built by cox racing, brand new in the box depo chrome projectors/ marker lights, timing belt, tensioner, some extra axles and knuckles. The guy i got it from said it had no codes and pulled like heck when he drove it for the short time before the t-belt broke. So with that and the motor build i want to say it may have an afx ecu or at least a mopar. no stickers on it and there are scratches by the computer area on the red paint plus bolt head marks. so it has something. My plans are to throw in my 2.4 motor i have sitting here but with the ported head, crane cams, ect. should be a fun daily car. Cool thing is in the glove box was the koni knob yet, a build sheet of the car, some sort of gearing chart, along with factory Neon Racing manual. Pretty cool and over all im super happy with the purchase. Should start ripping into the car later this week. once shes running im going to clay bar it, touch up the chips and little marks, then buff it, wax it, ect so the paint stays nice. All i need right now are some 1mm oversize valves, afc, wideband, 2.4 motor mount adaptor, and some gaskets to get this thing running. stay tuned!
