hinged strut bars are absolutley worthless. The Pwerks bars are the best bars out there, save you money and get those you will never regret it.

i really don't see whats so special about the mpx bar vs the same design of the one you posted on ebay. Other than its made by vibrant, basically for looks.

Think of it like this. When cornering, the bar will move at the hinge. With a solid welded bar theres no give in the design. Also idk about the mpx (vibrant) bar but those ebay bars are so flexabile I could probably bend it over my knee with my hands.

Idk what your plans are for the car, but if you looking for a big handling upgrade over stock a quality set of coilovers will provide the best improvement over any other suspension mod.

Not familar with IPP's are they their own brand or a renamed version of another coilover?

I *had* (past tense) a Vibrant rear bar in one of my Neons.
I got rid of it.
I agree, it's for looks only. Function is a distant second.

You are right, regarding the 'flexing' - You'd be surprised at how much & how easy it is, to flex the Vibrant bar.

Just because the bar is on E-Bay, doesn't necessarily mean that it's lousy -
The 'e-bay' no-name brand bar that I have on on of my Neons, is actually stiffer than the Vibrant Bar !! :!:

The problem with buying off of E-Bay, is that you won't know how good or bad the part is, until you actually get it delivered.
There's no way to 'test' the bar for stiffness, before you purchase it.

I agree with 'boostalot717', I have read only good things about the P-Werks strut bars.

Yo, just took my Mopar front and rear bars off yesterday and HOLY CRAP what a difference the rear bar made on off-ramps and long bends. I think I can easily pick up a rear wheel again. The solid bars really really REALLY make a difference.

And mine are for sale!
