Fog deletes. What color?

What color should I go with. Colormatched silver or black?
A quick photochop would be great.

hmmm...maybe silver? From a distance it would probably give the illusion of a nice, smooth bumper straight across.

The black deletes may just make your car look like a base model that has the spots in the bumper for fogs but they weren't included in the package haha I always hated that...I think it looks tacky. I guess companies are just too stingy to produce a bumper without fog holes for those cars, so they figure they'll just mass produce all the same bumper and add plastic inserts into the holes?

Don't forget, if you order the silver and don't like it, you could always just repaint them black

Well unfortunately there is only one vendor that makes them. CarbonByDesign. ?CF ones are like $110 plus shipping and the fiberglass ones are $80 + shipping. So I am going the DIY route and going to attempt to make my own with Lexan, Epoxy and a heatgun. I am leaning towards silver myself.

In to see how the diy deletes go, Im thinking of making a set myself too 80 bucks for two little fiberglass pieces is ridiculous plus the cost of paint. Diy all the way!

lol not sure what Iw as thinking, post edited.
One of my fog lenses broke, only replacement is to buy a new set off ebay. So I took the HID kit off while my front fascia was off. Fogs are just sitting in there with no bulbs, just for the time being. But yeah I am thinking black will look cool since I got the black housing headlights. But silver might be pretty sick too.

that red one is kinda STI ish which isnt a bad think idk if you guys can see my refrence but the 04-05 sti had the fog covers with STI on them, i think its sick my opinion is do all black and have SRT in silver.

Yea, I just used what I had...

(had a fog light busted out - and had some plexi glass, I just used a grinder and grinded it to shape and put it in the hole... painted the back of it black and boom cheap easy fog deletes.

Yup going with black colors. The DIY thing is too much work (Mainly the cutting and trimming) and I have limited time.
I found a vendor on SRTforums that sells CarbonByDesign stuff. MAPerformance. Quoted me at only $75 shipped in fiberglass. $105 shipped in CF. Went the fiberglass route of course and will paint black. They should be here Wednesday! Ordering via carbonbydesign.com = $110 shipped for fiberglass. So I saved quite a bit. Now someone buy my HID kit with projector fogs in the FS section.

Take out the fog lights and use dryer hose to make a ram intake/brake ducts.

I like the idea of STi-esque covers. I was actually thinking about something like that the other day.

Supposedly not much air feeds through the foglight holes. Most of the air goes underneath the car. I like where you are going with that though.
