Hi , i'm new to he forum and i tought i would share some pics of my neon. It's stock and needs a lot of work but i love it.

On the farm

I realy need to get fog lamps

REALY need to get that ding in the fender fixed!

is the interior any different? besides the fact that gauges and everything is on the right hand side...but i mean anyone know if all the interior stuff would swap over? including steering rack...id be interested in doing a rhd project one of these days if not too much has to be modified and it owuld be easy to get a hold of the parts......sorry for the post hijack haha get them pics workin again!!! haha

sorry about the pics , must be a bandwith limit on the host.
I wil try and get a better site for hosting.

The interior is just swapped , The engin is stil mounted the same way as lhd. Im not sure how the steering rack fits.

oh yes , kc2002acr i'm from potchefstroom, about an 1 1/2 hours drive from Jo'burg. Have u been to SA?

and you said you swapped the rhd stuff over or bought it like that? try and get some interior pics up. id like to see them. i want to know more about the rhd neons too. still considereing trying out the project if too much doesnt have to be modified...

Here is some pics of the interior. Sorry i didn't have time to clean it so look past the dirt.

I have this crappy steering weel cover, I'm still looking for a leather cover that is the same color as the interior.

The fastest that i have had the speedo was 205 kmph. Don't know were the limiter kicks in, I think it is at 210 kmph.

off any first gen neon from the junkyard
