02 r/t foglight replacement

Buddy of mine with an 02 r/t recently fell victim to the old lens popping out problem on his foglights, and he needs replacements. Now i know a couple years ago i was able to get glass depo replacements for myself, but i cant seem to find them anymore. Does anyone know where to get them these days? OEM style only...

Man...I'm just about to do my fog retro...wish my dang lenses would pop off! Then I wouldn't have to cut them off haha

i'm just leary of ebay only due to the fact that a lot of times they say the foglights will fit all models 00-02 which isnt true, 02 models were different from 00-01. so i dont wanna buy something and find out that those dumbasses sent me the wrong stuff... know what i mean?

yea i hear you. if they send you the wrong thing you can always complain to them and put in a paypal claim and 99% of the time get your money back and request them to send you a prepaid label to send it back

its actually average price, the glass ones always list for more, and thanks for a credible place to buy them (aside from a dealer)

If they are like Certifits here, they will not ship, you will need to pick it up. But if there is one close, then it isn't an issue.

Umm... if your Certifit has the glass ones, let me know. I called the one in NC and they have the plastic '02 fogs. Otherwise I would've gotten foglights by now.

from what I understand only 00s have the similar shape but different dimension fogs. all 01-02 should be he same and then all 03-05 neons and SRTs should be the same.

Like I said, I am running those right now with after market high output halogens in my 02 es bumper. Glass is nice and hefty feeling and light output and focusing was nice and simple.

if you have never replaced the fogs before be very very careful as it is a PITA to remove the old ones. if you go all hulk mania on them you can break the plasic tabs that the focusing bracket sits on as you try to pull them out.

Almost. The 2000 and 2001 non R/T & ACR are the same. The 2001 R/T (and ACR) and 2002 all models are the same. The 2002 base models got the same bumper shape as the R/T, just without the lip.

I hear ya. to date I have ordered, quick stuts for a 98 neon, coil pack for an 02 (on the car now), foglights (obviously on the car now), and a water pump (still waiting to go on the car) shipping is always between 3-7 business days and all parts I have installed have worked flawlessly. Definately an A+ ebay seller. Good luck with your search sir, I definately would buy from these guys and would recommend them to anyone
