damn man looks pretty fuckin sweet. you are gonna love the power of being able to stop nice. i know everyone here knows how shitty the stock neon brakes are...or maybe that was just mine? haha :D

x2...i found out just how crappy mine were yesterday...ill have to post up pics later tonight :P

those look really nice though...did the brake lines come w/ the kit or were they extra? id like to upgrade mine, but my kit didnt come w/ the brake lines

you know you should get the cross drilled brake linew... extra cooling :twisted:

PS: yeah it came with the lines, its the modern performance SRT-4 wilwood big brake kit.

Im thinking about filing the "WILWOOD" thing on the calipers for a polished look, what do you think?

or probably painting them in brigh yellow as the same color of the roll-cage.

Well, they cost $630 or something, and add $130 more for shipping and importation (in wich i cheated :P).

I discovered you dont need to fabricate another adapter, you can drill new holes in the knuckles.

Neons with crappy stock breaks? Hmmm, i have NEVER had a problem with slowing/stopping. I can lock em up on command if i stomp hard enough :D

you can lock the brakes on almost every SUV but that doesnt make them good at stopping, what makes a good brakes is how easy is to reach to the closest point before locking the brakes.
