eclipse head question

I found a built 420a eclipse head for sale . Will these bolt up without any issues?

Since you didn't say obvious issues...

The head will bolt on, but the intake will be towards the firewall, and the exhaust manifold pointed at the radiator.

It has been done before, tho IDK if it was worth whatever gains. If boosting, it gives more room for a custom turbo set up.
