If it was an 01+ id say your a moron, but 99-00 stangs left a lot to be desired. Youll still be disapointed going from the Stang to a neon though. Itll take some getting use to.

That body style actually came out in full production in '99. But '99-'00 used the earlier SN95 dash and wiring and engine control. Intake manifolds also changed in '01 (of course the bullitt getting the best N/A intake). Along with quite a few other little things. '01+ has a little better fit and finish in the interior and noticably more power output. And of course in the Veesecks side, the split port heads and intake manifold came out in '01 and was leaps and bounds ahead of the early SN95s and '99-'00s, along with the previously mentioned changes in interirors and wiring and engine control.
