arp head stud install issues

arp head stud install issues

Hey everyone. So im in the process of doing the rt head swap. Installed the arp head studs pn# 141-4203. 05 neon. 2.0l swapping in a r/t head. Middle 6 studs are fine where the outer 4 seem to sit about a 1/4" deeper. When I Torqued everything down the threads did not sit flush to the top of the nut. I did measure to the oem bolts and they are the same length. Let me know what you guys think. I'm a little nervous and at a stand still till I figure this out.
