from what I've read in the posting I'm guessing needs the money for lawyer/fees before he can go any further. If I was going after it it would be thoroughly checked before bought I'll say that at leasyt

This always scares me. Especially with "desperate" sellers.

If it is bone stock, then even if you are screwed, it would be worth plugs and wires to get it to run better. I'd bet you could get an easy $500 extra on the asking price.

But regardless, a "Mint" rust free shell would be worth the money. Plus everything is there, provided it actually is an SRT.

I think its because they weren't wearing their seatbelts (and drunk). If they had been strapped in I think they would have died.

When I saw this one the news I wasn't happy since OB is one of my favorite colors and of course they ruined a SRT

Just a heads up, even if there are a few accidents here and there where a seatbelt will hinder you, it's almost always safer to have your belt on.

Completely agree but I think this was one of the few that the belt would have killed them.
