Gillette Power Fusion Razor

Post by titansxt » Mon Feb 06, 2006 7:03 pm

I bought one just to give it a shot. I have a Mach 3, I have a Shick Quattro, I have a Power M3, and now I have the Power Fusion one.
Mach 3-Its ok, but nothing special.
Quattro-Razor burn hell.
M3-Works well, but not really all that close(anywhere)
Power Fusion-I'll find out tomorrow morning.

I use a Mach 3. It seems that everything else, you just end up paying for the flashy packaging or the pointless batteries. You can't tell me that a vibrating razor is going to shave my face closer... :?

did you buy it because of the commercial during the super bowl? lol It's funny because someone mentioned it here.

I use the quattro. I have no complaints. I wanna go old school though and use that gigantic blade.

i use mach 3 turbo. i like that one the best. i am scared of that new fusion and anything else. anyone ever seen that mad tv..i forget who had it, but they had the razor with like 20 blades. the mach 20....

"You see the first blade cuts the facial hair but before the hair can snap back the second blade cuts it again, the third blade cuts it once more, the forth blade cuts it again, the fifth blade goes deeper digging below the first layer of skin to remove the hair follicle, the sixth blade cuts away that pesky second layer of skin where there might be some renegade hair follicles, the seventh blade cuts away six more layers of skin ensuring that hair will never ever grow there. The eighth blade sends an electronic pulse to the centre of the brain which destroys the part of the brain responsible for hair growth and four other non essential functions. The ninth blade gently smoothes out the jaw bone to give your face a more even appearance. The tenth blade removes cavity causing tartar and the eleventh blade starts the process all over again. By the time the twentith blade passes over your face your a first rate professional business man. That promotion is as good as yours." haha shit was hilarious and i found this on google...no way i would type that out

I use a Mach 3 most of the time, and a straight blade razor when I feel daring (it dosen't really cut as much as it pulls the hair out.

lol god damn that sounds painful. i remember at my old job at univeral studios made me go to their wardrobe and shave since i didnt before coming to work. i had to go get a disposable razor from one of their vending machines. attempted to shave and it pretty much would just grip the hair and pull it out rather than shave it off. so damn painful. i gave up with a hacked up half shaved face and was like i tried and them shits dont work.

 , I'm not quite that bad, but I just use a Gillette Sensor Exel with 2 blades. Works great for me, but I only have to shave every other day in order to look clean shaven.

I shave with a butter knife.

Actually I use the M3 power. The vibration makes it a lot easier to shave, but I doubt it cuts closer at all.

Mach 3 on this end. Seems to work very well.

I don't necessarily need "close," as I have such fine facial hair I can go a week without shaving before I have stubble. o.O

Old single blade throw aways and i scruff like crazy! No complaints. had the Mach3 for a while, but when they go dull, they SCRAPE the hell out of your face. And they are spendy to replace blades. throw aways seem to last longer for me! No idea why...
