im gettin back around 800 bucks for income tax and i wanna put it all into my motor. i already have a cai and mopar spark plug wires. im thinkin bout gettin a rmvb and a b&m tranny cooler too. thanx

i say grab a long tube header and some type exhuast....like srt catback or something...i think you'll get the most bank for the buck

I wouldn't worry about speed on your atx. But if you want to I would start a Turbo setup. LCPLpunk has done it on his atx.
Personally I would get some coilovers. Then get a used r/t muffler.

as of the moment howell is the only company that offers ecu programming for the 2g neons

youre looking at about $400 + price of a core (unless you send in your stock ecu to get programmed, but i like to keep my stock one and just buy a spare to have programmed)

800 huh!?...hmmm..i would get a cat back exhaust setup and headers...prob thats all you gonna get out of it if you go that route...exhaust alone prob run you 500- 600$. Also if you dont have rims 800 should cover you on that end too.

Get a P&P head...then get the other stuff when you can afford it. It is easier to come up with the little stuff later...get a big ticket item instead of a bunch of little stuff. Unless your budget is so tight that you wont be able to spring for that stuff later, then get the basics...
