Timing belt
Going to be changing the timing belt and water pump on my 01 in the next couple of months and was wondering who makes good ones for our cars.

^what he said.
An OEM belt is about $85, but Modern sells an aftermarket belt for only $39. It's a good belt, I'm using one on my car. As far as the pump goes, it'll be over $100 for an OEM pump from your dealer, and it's about $75 for an OEM pump from on online dealer. I never looked into any aftermarket pumps, because I wanted an OEM quality one.
Waterpump wise, there is an ebay dealer that does great deals... paid i think $39 shipped for a new waterpump for a 2.5L Dodge Avenger (Eclipse basicly)

I bought Gates as well when I did mine.
$30? or something like that. I got a discount though.

Have run a few goodyear timing belts in the past, was not impressed at all with the quality or the lifespan. Between my own automotive experiances and my industrial/OEM experience at work I run with Gates whenever I can. May be a bit more money, but it's a much better belt.
