yup. get used to it

its not that the throttle is sticky, its just more sensitive (though i have found that that first 1/2" of the pedal does seem to stick sometimes, to the point where you give it more gas and overcompensate)

Weird . . . could be the weather ?

You might wanna oil the hinge pin that the throttle plater sits on . . .

Sand the edges of the TB plate. Thats what lorenzo tells people to do, and it works.

I have a bit of a problem with the pedal stickin too, but its not 60mm tb related, so i apologize ahead of time for slightly swaying off topic. heres my interesting dilemma:

normally when i drive my pedal is fairly tight (SEE loose cable in how-to), and doesnt feel bad at all. however ive noticed that usually, but not always, in (usually) COLD weather the pedal sometimes gets SUPER stiff, almost like a brake pedal (no joke). The wierd thing is, when i push down hard, the pedal seems to loosen up quite a bit, but only within the range that i press into it. Kinda hard to understand, but basically, if its stiff, and i push the pedal in HALW WAY and release it, then push again, its loose (normal) again up to the point where i pushed last. If i try to go from that "half" point to WOT, its again stiff. anyone know what the F is goin on here?

seeing as how there isnt any fluid/hydraulic system involved in the throttle, i cant imagine how it could feel one way and then totally change. and the way it loosens with a good amount of pressure just puzzles me.

BTW: this has been happening since BEFORE i added the throttle cable spacer, so it doesnt have anything to do with that.
