Can someone take out the grills and the lower vents out completely even around fogs...and in second one take all the vents out but paint the grill inserts and the plastic grill black? thanks
(P.S. I want 4 pics total, just want 2 angles from each request)

Dremil is the way to go. Dremil is a really good tool to have if you dont have one, its not like you are never going to use it agian. I dont think razor blades will work. Use a dremil with the reinforced round cut off bits.
