The Neons overseas could be had with wood trim around the center console stack, the auto shifter bezel, and a strip on all 4 doors. It comes with a leather seat package as well. I have the center console stack bezel and the auto shifter bezel and got it from moparparts online. They are factory parts. Also, you can get one of those "dash kits" but I do not recommend them as they are just pieces you stick on and look cheap. They do not follow the contours like the factory pieces. A pic of my wood set is below. :D

Edit: Mine appears lighter than the one in the pic above because the sunroof was open and the windows are down. Both are identical pieces.

sweet guys, just what i wanted.... the reason i ask is because one of the srt guys in our club wanted to make his interior more luxurious... i laughed when i read that but i remembered seeing wood trim on here and figure i'd lend a hand :P it was the first time i've ever heard anyone mention luxury and neon in the same sentence so you understand :D

I always mention luxury with my Neon. I consider it my mini 300M for now. Though it does not have the power, it has 95% of the luxury features and options a 300M has. Most of which the Neon didn't have starting with the 2002 model year. :D

Yes, it was avaliable in 2000 and on the second gen R/T's. They did not include the wood dash pieces in the US though.

My Neon has woodgrain, and it was sold here in the US. The ONLY way this happened, is because of WHO bought it, and HOW it was specially ordered. :) I just traded it to my brother last night though. In return, I'm getting his black Conquest TSi. Still not sure how I feel about the trade. I know I'm gonna miss the Neon.

i used to work at dodge dealership. we had a 2000 silver neon that was traded in. it had leather sits and woodgrain.

i wasnt sure what kind of neon it was. i was trying to get it,but couldnt get come up with the down payment for it. so i got a brand new 05 neon instead. rebates helped out with the down payment

Sounds like mine. Hahahah but I'm almost certain it didn't spend any time in Colorado.

Necrobump FTW! My '01 ES came with woodgrain and full leather. 'Tis long gone, but just had to throw that in there.
