R.I.P. Nightshades

Post by phenomeneon21 » Thu Apr 06, 2006 4:51 am

I dunno if anyone here has heard the news...

http://www.srtforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=239095

I just can't believe it, I remember waiting all the time to see what new products or crazy ideas he had in mind for taillights, headlights, eyelids, etc...This is one of the saddest things I've seen in a long time. Although I didn't get the chance to talk to him, my prayers go to him and his family...

Wow.... Just yesterday I was driving next to an Yellow 03 srt that was on a flatbed tow truck. This srt was just torn up! Everyone needs to drive a lil bit safer, these types of things just dont need to happen. R.I.P.

I agree... people need to leave speeding to the racetrack... too many death's have occured with SRT-4's alone due to high speeds...

My condolences to their families. Losing a loved one suddenly leaves so many unanswered questions.

Looking at the pics from the news site, Steve took a direct hit into the door at the B-post. NEVER a good thing.

It's strangely eerie how the car, though torn to shreds, still has the headlights on.

Let's all make it a point to drive a little safer, it's terrible to read stuff like this.

PLEASE.....PLEASE.....PLEASE DRIVE SAFELY

Working recovery extrications is emotionally hard on the responders and notifying the family ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!!

Knowing the deceased has a family waiting for them at home and knowing they're not coming home is the part that always tears me up.

Sucks for sure. My thoughts are with the families. The thing that bothers me is that Nightshade is not the only one off the boards that died and no one mentions the other young person that lost his life.

x2... This is the one thing that can prevent most, if not all, accidents - if everyone were to use the roads safely.
