That gives me a good idea, anyway you could bump them up tot look like 17's instead of 14's?

I thought 03's chop was just the stock 7 spokers. Interesting choice.

Bah, you get the point. Those steelies look like 14's to me... So in essence, I took them up to about 16".

Just did a quick chop of these wheels...

Really nice. should look great as 17s on your Neon.

Good choice.
