Sway bar bushings
I'm putting SRT front and rear sways on my base neon. (04) I have all the hardware, except the bushings that go in the mounting brackets. Each bar has 1 on it. Anyone know if I will mess things up by using my existing front 2 brackets on the new front, and then use the mismatched front/rear on the rear bar?

Your rear struts won't have tabs on them for the swaybars. You'll have to buy new struts or the setup Vitor sells (www.neongoodies.com)
You won't mess anything up but I'd suggest picking up stiffer ones from Energy Suspensions. Whatcha mean mismatched? The rear endlinks will be much longer than the front endlinks.

OK, the front one is on just fine and peachy. I already have KYB struts with tabs, so that's not a problem. I've got the rear endlinks, mounting brackets, bolts, and bar. I've got 1 rear "cushion" and 2 spare front ones, which are bigger than the rear, and are completely round, unlike the rear. If I slide the fronts in, I'll be squeezing the crap out of them to make them fit.
Should I try cutting them a bit to make them fit, drive without cushions at all, or not run with a rear sway at all until I can order them in? Btw, I'm wanting to have the rear sway on for the autocross this sunday.

OK, all done. For future knowledge, if you have 4 front bushings or cushions, feel free to put em in the back. They probably won't last nearly as long, but will hold the bar perfectly in place. Also, put the slots in them up, toward the frame, or they won't slide into the bracket right, and you'll just have a mess on your hands.
