Is it something you can grind?
Fix it 'till it's broken. Then upgrade.

from what I heard you have to swap the doors them selves, not the hinge...

I swapped door and hinge on mine,.. the arm hits the plastic inside..... The whole plastic interior of the gas door has a little lip that keeps attached to the car, i got under it with a flat head screwdriverand popped it in,.... then your door will lay all the way down,.... the only part of the lip that I kept in place was the part with the rubber door stops. kinda ghetto,.. but works until you get around to cutting that plastic,.. and the above statement is kinda hard to understand,.. but I wasted all this time writing it so I am leaving it, but if you need a pic or something ,... let me know
