carbonfiber 2001 neon r/t spoiler

i was interested if the 2001 neon r/t hammer head style spoiler even existed aftermarket in carbon fiber. searched and found nothing. i know wings west make a reproduction in fiber glass so i e-mailed them, but haven't gotten a response yet...

is there any intrest in this or am i the only one???

imo i think it would go great with a carbon fiber trunk and hood, esp. on black cars...

I have never seen one...never really thought about it till now. I would be scared to drill in to a CF trunk. there's no going back after that.

im hoping that wings west will consider doing this seen as how they already own the mold and all would be needed is just a simple material change, and of course a price adjustment

If they didn't... they need to. I had some of the most horrific customer service problems with them when I owned my shop. Ugh. Could go on for days.....

that would really suck if ww is out of business, i would really like to see this become reality, not that there is anything wrong with other cf spoilers out there; they're just not my style.

you have an srt4 acr! noice! as far as the wing goes, even if they COULD make on for you, you'd either have to pay for a one-off (id say about $5-600 EASY), or they'll tell you to get like 10 (number is variable) other people who will buy it and put the money down in advance. my buddy and his friends on a forum were gonna do that with extreme dimensions for a custom body kit, but he sold his old car so we never found out if they got all 10 peeps. anything is possible with the right amount of skrills, but is that really worth it? get a nice cf adjustable drift-style gt wing (doesnt have to be 10 feet tall), that should look nice.

i wasnt going to modify the acr due to rarity (its only 1 of 233 black acr's)...i was actually looking at geting an 01 neon r/t with in next 6-8 months when the srt-4 is paid off and was parts shopping. sucks it doesnt exist, but oh-well, life goes on.

carbon fibre is gonna be expensive in the next few months. Boeing is buying up stock like mad.

We tried to Buy another 100 yard roll for our main distributor and they told us for the next 6 months they'll pretty much be out of stock because of the new 787 (or something like that) that Boeing is building to compete with the AirBus.

I hope our half a roll and another 20 yards were getting back from another company is enough to finish our prototype and a few production models of our current project. Maybe after we finish a few other things we'll make a spoiler.

Whaaaa?? hood or wing? C"MON!!! That is why I hate ebay sellers. Emailed them one time (someone) because they had 2006 neon rt springs, and I said there is no such thing, and they emailed me back and said mind my own business, that is what the box says, and I said well, it is wrong, there is no such thing, do some research, you tool, go away and stop ripping people off with 500% shipping costs, and he never emailed me back. I erported him to ebay.
