15" or 2 12"....?
I was wondering on you guys opinion about this. I was thinking about sell my subs for like around $140-160 with the sub box. And just buying a RE Audio SE 15" for $120 shipped. But then i got to thinking and the sub or sub box wouldnt clear the middle seatbelt cover, dont know if i would want it in a ported or sealed box.
and yes dblsg i didnt install my subs yet due to this idea that came to my mind.

theres really no point in getting a 15" sub lol
onl reason is it will reproduce lower bass notes, but the normal human ear doesnt even hear alot of what a 10" and 12" sub can reproduce completely. with two 12" your bass will soudn more even throughout the car, and sound a bit more defined when they hit.
the few cars ive seen running 15" subs just rattle crap and dont do much for noise lol

actually... i'm thinking of going to just one 12.
but you should still hook them up. if you decide to sell them all you have to do is pull the wires.... its not like you have to start unbolting shit.

hmmm....i think the RE audio SE 15 is going to be sold already. but i can also get a 15" kicker CVR for $150 locally with a box. wondering if i should just keep my 12"s or get a 15". since i mostly listen to rap, i like hard hitting bass.but then again my stock speakers would be holding me back.

A 15" isn't really going to give you anything a decent 12" can't.Anonymous User wrote:hmmm....i think the RE audio SE 15 is going to be sold already. but i can also get a 15" kicker CVR for $150 locally with a box. wondering if i should just keep my 12"s or get a 15". since i mostly listen to rap, i like hard hitting bass.but then again my stock speakers would be holding me back.
