I was at work today (I work at firestone) and my car was parked out front, and I was working on a car. I look out in the parking lot to see this small white guy reversing out in an OLD honda accord. I see him reverse right into my car at like 5 mph, so I walk out there and look at the tiny little scratch he put on my car. We both examine it and Im like it's all good dude, you can take off. He was like oh, ok. So I walk back into my shop and he follows me and pulls out his checkbook. I continue to tell him that it's all good, but he insisted on giving me some money for the little scratch. He ends up writing me a $200 check for this absolutely tiny little scratch. I was like holy shit dude, this totally isn't necessary, but he insisted that I take the check.
So he gave me the check and just left. I'm just sitting there laughing that I just recieved $200 for a scratch so tiny I could probably wipe off with a rag.
Today was a good day
