ok guys I just want too make sure my vacuum lines are hooked up right it is cf unit mine is lines are like this
intake manifold-> ristricter->nipple on rrfpr without the adjustment needle-> the niple on with the adjustment needle is open

I don't have a restrictor inline with my RRFPR. I have a line that goes from a custom nipple to my RRFPRR.

I just switched to a BEGi unit with a check valve in the signal line so it only sees boost. I used to run a vortech sfmu with just a restrictor. I guess, with Neons at least, you don't want the regulator to see vacuum as they are setup for static fuel pressure in stock form. Since I switched to the BEGi and check valve, my car seems to respond better and not run so rich.
