First time post on this site ......


when my engine stalls for any reason (such as not giving enough gas while backing up with ac on), i hear a knocking sound, i've heard this a lot in other cars... what is this exactly and is this normal?

that is a good questions and i have too also wondered what that is, is the release bearing?
