Well first i used a large angle grinder fitted with a sand paper attachment. This removed all the rough casting. I used a dremel with a grinding wheel in the hard to reach areas. Then i used some 80 grit sand paper and an electric hand sander, then 220 grit, then 240 grit. I sanded by hand in the hard to reach areas. After all that, I gave it a wet sand with 2000 grit. I might go over it again with some 400 grit, then 800, then 1000, etc... just to get more shine. Its alot of work though. Spent about 3 days on and off just sanding. I'm really happy with how it turned out.caustic neon wrote:stupid ? how exactly didi you pollish it?
