Canada!

So on my adventures drinking in canada last night, i sure did see alot of cars with underglow kits. Are neons legal in canada? there were cops EVERYWHERE and none of them got pulled over. I must say that was my first time there and its definately not going to be my last.

Nice man, where abouts did you go?
I see neons on cars all over the place in Canada...But i hear it is illegal..Ive heard different stories though

All depends on where you are and how bad the mood of the cop is if you get a ticket or not. Usually you can use them as long as its not on a highway but sometimes they wont even care if you use them there.

In Ontario aslong as the tubes are not visable and you do not have them flashing, for the most part you are ok. In some cities the local cops will ticket you. I have driven HUNDREDS of miles on the highways with my white underglow on and my buddies with red and blue and we've NEVER been pulled over! I think cops will use underglow as a reason if your driving like a tool!

We just went to windsor on that strip with like "reactor" and "cheetahs". It twas a good time.

yup...from windsor here........you went downtown windsor....whereabouts in mich you from...i go there all the time.

as for underglow...like dvgrt said...as long as they arent blinking and are hidden...no hassle....thats one thing the windsor cops dont do a lot...they dont really seem to bug you if you modified your car, at least i have never seen them do it
