They are great!!!
Called at 12:30pm 6-1-06 and ordered a Thermal R&D rear section for R/T. ans a set of black booger bushings. Charles was very friendly and personable. He took my info & cc# and told me it could take up to 4 days to be delivered. And low and behold i saw a guy at 10:30am 6-2-06 come threw the door carring a box with Modern performance tape on it. let me tell all of ya'll something. it was so hard to get anything done the rest of the day. :!:

In My Opinion these people are worth doing business with.

Modern Performance pretty much owns all. My AEM came when they said it would. Easy to deal with. I will for sure be buying from them again.

ModernPerformance IMO has the best service that I have noticed.Since I live in Texas my parts get to my door in less than 2 days.I never do business with the local shops cause the local shops are a bunch of ignorant people when it comes to the neon.

I ordered my AEM intake and bypass valve from them, got it in two days. I ordered a set of wires and coil pack from Howell, three and a half weeks.

every experience i have had but one has been good from modern perf ...

only bad one i had was over a set of booger bushings .. had ordered the set and paid extra to have it shipped next day (car was down, and needed them quick or was going to loose my job) ... had ordered them monday morning when they opened ... they arrived saturday afternoon time in normal mail (how they normally send them out) ...

person who took the order and charged me for quicker shipping apparently just didnt pass the message on about me paying for having them sent fed ex .. next day ..

ended up loosing that job ... but luckally found another one a few weeks later...

^^^that really sucks, glad it didnt hurt you in the long run though.

i only ordered once from them. i ordered on 3/9 and received the package 3/14 as they said it would. it was an easy transaction.

however, we have been having problems in our area with fedex. so what i have been doing on stuff that needs to be sent fedex is sending it to my moms work were someone is always there to sign for it. i did the same with this order. but she hadnt received anything as of yesterday so i called modern today and got the tracking number. it was delived to the address i gave them for my credit card. luckily it was dropped off with no signature required.

so it seems like modern has a little bit of a communication problem, based off of -Devil-'s post and mine, when it comes to special situations.

Cool guys. I went to order an AVS spoiler from them over the summer and he told me that they were discontinued and then we ended up having a 10 minute convo about cars, hahah.

It's tough to say anything bad about them. They got the parts, are knowledgeable and friendly, good customer service, fast shipping. If something is discontinued they don't push your order then wait for YOU to call next week to tell you!

The only bad experience I have had with modern, which really wasn't that bad at all, I ordered a TB from them and they didn't send the hardware. I called them they sent it to me the next day without charginig me any extra.
For the record every aftermarket I own has been bought from modern except for my cam which I got used.
Modern is awsome
